Privacy notice

Health information needs tighter handling.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

Who handles the information

AsceticPharma is the trading concept responsible for this website. Until the final company identity and registered business address are published, the private assessment must not be treated as a regulated clinical service. Privacy enquiries and withdrawal requests should be sent to info@fuel4muscle.com.

What the assessment collects

The form collects contact details and limited information about sexual health, symptoms, medicines, relevant conditions and lifestyle context. Health and sex-life information is special-category personal data. Do not enter passport, NHS, National Insurance or bank-account numbers.

Why it is used

The information is used only to create the requested enquiry report, identify urgent or medicine-interaction flags, contact the person about the enquiry and decide the appropriate next step. It is not used for advertising, audience targeting or an automated prescribing decision.

Lawful basis and consent

The intended Article 6 basis is taking steps at the individual’s request before providing a service. Explicit consent is requested as the Article 9 condition for processing health and sex-life information. Consent can be withdrawn by email, although prior lawful processing remains valid.

Storage and deletion

The intended retention period is 90 days unless a legal obligation requires longer. Before submissions are activated, the operator must confirm deletion of expired database records and email copies under that schedule. Access must be restricted to people who need it for the enquiry.

Clinical boundary

Submitting the form does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not provide a diagnosis, prescription or emergency response. Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency or use NHS 111 for urgent advice.
