I can listen
No performance and no judgement. You can say what is actually happening.
Personal support from Greg
When life becomes heavy, silence makes it heavier. I have been through difficult periods too — pressure, loss, anxiety, sleepless nights and the feeling that you still have to hold everything together. I will not pretend to be a therapist. I can listen without judgement, speak honestly and help you find a practical next step.
Reach out whenever you need to. I will reply when I can. This is personal peer support, not therapy, medical advice or a monitored 24/7 crisis service.
“I am not doing great.” You do not need a perfect explanation, a diagnosis or a solution before you ask someone to listen.
You are not weak
I understand what it feels like to keep moving because other people depend on you, even while your own head is exhausted. Asking for support is not failure. It is the moment you stop letting the problem make every decision for you.
Do not try to fix your whole life tonight. Make one safe decision, speak to one person and take the next hour as it comes.
Honest support
No performance and no judgement. You can say what is actually happening.
We can slow the situation down and identify one realistic next step.
If the situation needs professional care, I can point you towards the right UK service.
I cannot diagnose, provide therapy, advise on medication, guarantee confidentiality on third-party apps or promise an immediate reply.
